Shipping in the USA

We ship Monday-Friday. Most orders are shipped out By the next business day from the date the order was processed.   Please keep in mind that the type of shipping (Free Shipping, UPS Ground, Priority, Priority Express, etc.) refers to the transit time once the item is shipped out.

International Shipping

We ship around the world Monday-Friday via USPS, DHL, and Fedex.

Customs
Customs policies vary in different countries. We'll work hard to avoid your package experiencing problems, but in the end we can't guarantee you won't experience delays or be charged duties or other fees. We will make every effort to help expedite your delivery but unfortunately we cannot take any responsibility for any dealings with your country’s Customs service.

Additionally, TheBarberVille.com is not responsible for any additional customs charges or fees once your package has left our facility. Customs charges and fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information.

Return Policy

**Select items are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges, please refer to the item description of the product to determine eligibility**

BarberVille products may be returned within 15 days of the original purchase date for a refund in the amount of the purchase excluding shipping costs (if applicable). Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. All merchandise must be returned unused with original packaging . The condition of the product is left at the discretion of TheBarberVille.com.

Customers are responsible for ALL shipping expenses on the return of BarberVille products.
